Very disappointing experience and extremely poor follow-up. My husband has been a long-term patient of this medical centre, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After he had blood tests for an upcoming medical procedure, I called reception three separate times asking for the doctor to add two additional pathology tests while the existing blood samples were still valid.
