You will be charged $25 anytime you need a copy of your own child’s medical records. You will not have access to view the records through their portal unless they upload them to the portal which requires paying a $25 fee for each child every time you need them. I have never been to a doctor or therapist that has charged a fee for access to my own children’s medical records. Absolute scam.

Cody is incredibly kind and professional. In the time I have known him he has done incredible work with children and families. I can't recommend him enough for therapy for any child who needs someone to listen and help!

In my search for therapy for my kids, I found this one. I saw good grades but never the comments. When I called to have information, the receptionist lady was not helpful. I was about to tell her if she was in a hurry or a place to go because her answers were yes, no, that's it. Unprofessional, to help. The wait list is about 3-4 months, and the insurance they accept are few. No financial assistance or even mentioned since she was in a hurry. They overcharge all the time. Charged us for 30 minutes even though it was a 15 minute timeframe. This has happened multiple times. The therapist only listens to our daughter and is biased. Instead of asking to speak with parents, they assume everything the teenager says is true and is reporting it to CPS. This place is a joke.

I was called in December after my daughter’s pediatrician submitted a referral. The lady I spoke with was very professional and stated I would receive a call within the first business week of January to set up the initial appointment. I didn’t receive a call until almost February. I set up the appointment and I was sent a link to complete the online registration. I was never told when I made the appointment that it had to be completed with 72 hours of the appointment. We are a military family and new to the civilian medical ... read more
