I feel very fortunate to discover Dr. Cindy in this life - she is a deeply caring and intuitive emotional fitness coach, who helped me clear so much emotional confusion and self doubt. The amazing side effects of clearing mental blocks and healing the inner child is access to the deep well of love and gratitude inside. I am very thankful to her for her help.

Before I started receiving rRest sessions with Dr. Cindy my quest for perfection had revealed all my painful flaws and despite my commitment to connection and community I found myself lonely and despairing. I don’t know where my life would be without Dr Cindy Sholes. I’ve been to hell and back and on my way back she’s the one who helped me heal my inner child so I could escape hell and fully integrate everything. The work she does is literally life saving work. Dr. Cindy was a beacon of hope during a challenging time. The job I had loved was abruptly gone and having been a workaholic, I was struggling to figure out who I was, as well as commit and be successful at another job.
