If I could give it less I would. I had to cancel my appointment approx 25 hours before my appointment, due to unforeseen commitments. I was greeted with nothing but judgement and rudeness from Maureen (presumably the receptionist for the Psychologist) before being hung up on. I rang back due to the severe lack of understanding and compassion and felt it needed to be addressed that the service I received was horrid.
