I sought treatment from this organization and what I got was: -A front desk person playing Pokemon on their phone. -A scheduling department which, either from poor scheduling software or incompetence, struggles to schedule appointments. -An intake professional who can barely do intakes because they live in the middle of nowhere and have a bad internet connection. -A therapist who will charge you for a session if you don't cancel within 24 hours, but has no problem cancelling on you an hour before your appointment. -A psychia... read more
It’s unfortunate that I have to go to therapy at a place that has someone working there who is unsafe in not only mine but other people life and that I have to interact with them once a week and to schedule appointments. Do better.
I have had a great experience with an amazing therapist these past few months!
I was having a good experience with Mind Springs till I received my most recent bill and saw they’re now charging me $900 for a single session. For reference I’m only doing talk therapy over zoom, nothing crazy. I received no notice that the price was going to increase and it went up by over 50% with no changes to my actual therapy. This feels extremely overpriced for a single therapy session that has never even lasted the full hour it’s supposed to.
