Absolutely saddened by the way mindsprings operates. Called in crisis, took 2 weeks to get an appointment. At the end of the appointment I was told the next one would be much longer, I was then told THERE WERENT ANY APPOINTMENTS, that I would be called back, and I never was! So glad I wasn’t at a point of self harm. You all proved the negative rumors. If you’re in crisis seek help elsewhere! So incredibly disappointed in mindsprings.
