How they are still even operating blows my mind. I could write a thesis paper on how awful this company is. Please research them and you will see the absolute horrors they have unleashed on this community, myself included. Do not use this service . My mental health recovered only after I found a real provider.

Absolutely saddened by the way mindsprings operates. Called in crisis, took 2 weeks to get an appointment. At the end of the appointment I was told the next one would be much longer, I was then told THERE WERENT ANY APPOINTMENTS, that I would be called back, and I never was! So glad I wasn’t at a point of self harm. You all proved the negative rumors. If you’re in crisis seek help elsewhere! So incredibly disappointed in mindsprings.
