I worked in mental health on the management side. I had a friend ask me about their bill and service they got from mind springs. The "care" my friend received was excessive based on the presenting work/life short-term, issue. This resulted in several hundred dollars in bills for what was a short-term issue. I would not recommend this organization to anyone seeking talk therapy, especially if it is a short term issue (e.g. a death of alive one, work stress). Worst therapy every including therapist I got to a therapy building way better more cozy warm soft loving and they even have snacks

They gave me a phone to be able to use but never contacted me back. I’ve had my service turned off so I can’t call them and I’ve been waiting for a call since April for them to tell me I was put on my Medicaid. I couldn’t call or go to therapy until I was confirmed on their list to have Medicaid or it would be 100$ A session. I have not heard anything back from them :(

They dont return calls. Left multiple messages trying to seek help and recieved no responses.
