VERY disappointing. I was really looking forward to my first appointment. Which I thought was a week out. I’m used to receiving reminders over texts numerous times. I got an email reminder 2 days before my first appointment and it ended up in spam. I got an email saying I missed my appointment 20 minutes after it was “scheduled” and I tried to join the zoom immediately after reading the email and no one was there.
