Useless
Booking process was fairly easy despite low availability. However, I was not informed at the time of booking that that this clinic is unable to assist clients who have active legal matters. For context, I was booked in for an appointment in early December to address issues that are completely unrelated to my upcoming minor legal matter. To restrict a person’s access to basic mental health care on this basis seems highly unethical and such policy should be reconsidered.
Honestly, just so disappointing. I made an enquiry three days ago to schedule an appointment, i received a call mid way my appt and asked reception to give me a call back in two hours so that i can make a deposit, the receptionist at the time of call knows I work all other days and unable to make it to any day apart from a monday. I didnt receive a call back so i decided to call, only to be told she will call me back again soon. Never received a call. Honestly, Mind Psychology wasn't the best fit for me. It felt rushed and impersonal. The team didn't seem that interested in my individual needs and just gave me generic advice that wasn't helpful and never followed up with a referral. I felt like I was just another number, not a person seeking real support. Also, their communication wasn't great, with lots of last-minute schedule changes and slow responses. If you're looking for genuine therapy, I wouldn't recommend this place.
