Excellent service, highly professional
The reception staff, as the first point of contact gave me a warm welcoming. Tyson Cooke also made me feel instantly at ease. I appreciated the professionalism that Mind Potential staff displayed and would recommend their services without hesitation. Thank you for meeting my needs.
Calming environment. Great staff and psychologists. Not on a 100% strict timeline. They genuinely put the patient/client first.
Wouldn’t recommend for DVA patients. I organised to see a psychologist and 2 hours prior to my initial consult I was called and told that it wasn’t possible to see the psychologist anymore then the admin team attempted to push me to see another psychologist who I wasn’t sure of yet. I was told I would be called back the next morning for confirmation and haven’t heard from them again, was also asked to pay $50 for the initial consult then told I shouldn’t have paid it.
