Seem way more focussed on money making than helping people, constantly increasing prices and don’t allow you to decrease frequency of appointments to suit budget or availability

Seriously the level of support from this practice is a disgrace. The practice manager and reception team seemingly have no care for what patients actually need. The rudeness and complete lack of empathy when trying to get answers or help filling scripts has left me appalled. This practice pretends to serve patients, when in fact they are just another company trying to profit from them.

Mark Yim met me at 16 years old. I was a survivor of domestic abuse and was experiencing severe depression and suicidal ideation. I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and generalised anxiety. At 12 I was assessed by another doctor for ADHD but was never prescribed medication. Mark Yim was one of the biggest reasons that my mental health turned around for the better. He listened well and gave me realistic options. His perspective has helped me live for myself - I could not be more grateful! Weekend appointments can be confusing for access to the building so just make sure to confirm the day before on best way to access :)
