The team at Mind Plasticity are genuinely wonderful - nothing but caring, kind, and authentic people who actively try to help and support you. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This practice actually listens and treats you like a person.
Seem way more focussed on money making than helping people, constantly increasing prices and don’t allow you to decrease frequency of appointments to suit budget or availability
Seriously the level of support from this practice is a disgrace. The practice manager and reception team seemingly have no care for what patients actually need. The rudeness and complete lack of empathy when trying to get answers or help filling scripts has left me appalled. This practice pretends to serve patients, when in fact they are just another company trying to profit from them.
