I’ve been ordering from this company regularly and overall and I enjoy their meals. The food is convenient, there’s a decent variety, and I’ve been happy enough with the quality to continue ordering week after week. Unfortunately my experience with customer service has been disappointing. The meals are amazing here and a great value. They use high quality ingredients, cook and package the meals very well, and respond to any customer service inquiries quickly. The portions are also large and have good macros. Mind Over Matter is way better than any other meal service I've tried, including Cook Unity and Fitlife meals.
