I took my son here 2 weeks ago (new patient). When we left, admin was unable to process the Medicare rebate. She said she would try again later. It has now been 15 days and no Medicare rebate. I have left 5 voice messages requesting a call back. I have sent 4 emails, no reply. The Dr told me to email him in 2 weeks to advise how the new medication was going and if no issues, he would increase dosage.
