Worst medical appointment I’ve ever had — and I never even got treatment. Arrived at 11:40 for my 12:45 appointment with an empty lobby. Still waited until 1:15 to be called in, then sat in the exam room another 25 minutes. When the doctor finally arrived, she didn’t introduce herself — I had to ask if she was the doctor. She yawned twice in our 2-minute conversation, repeatedly asked “What is the issue?” even after I showed my notes, and offered nothing useful. I was disappointed in my visir. Doctor not on time for my apptointment. Second, tells me I have a cyst n nobig deal. Did not tell me how big..where it was..what kind of cyst. Yet I have all the symptoms that acyst cause. Suggested physical therapy forbalance.REALLY. Physical therapy going to teach how to walk when Im dizzy. 3RD STATED SHE WILL CALL ME THE NEXT DAY TO SEE WHAT WE NEED TO DO. NEVER GOT THE CALL. I GUESS IM NO CO CERN. I left upset. I was a new patient, arrived 20 min early, signed 1 sheet of paper and waited an hour in the waiting room which halfway through was entirely empty. When I finally saw Dr. Pierce, 45 min after my appt time, she was curt, very condescending, and only advised me to schedule another appt with her for a biopsy. She had me out of there in 8 min.
