Worst medical appointment I’ve ever had — and I never even got treatment. Arrived at 11:40 for my 12:45 appointment with an empty lobby. Still waited until 1:15 to be called in, then sat in the exam room another 25 minutes. When the doctor finally arrived, she didn’t introduce herself — I had to ask if she was the doctor. She yawned twice in our 2-minute conversation, repeatedly asked “What is the issue?” even after I showed my notes, and offered nothing useful.
