I been seeing Dareal on and off for nearly 2 years. Every time I leave his office, my flexibility is significantly increased muscle aches are gone and the tension, especially in my lower back caused from spinal stenosis is greatly alleviated. I highly recommend him & his practice Mind & Muscle Wellness to anyone who is in need of massages He is truly exceptional.

A friend of mine got me a gift card to go here for mothers day . He was completely booked today july 1st was 1st open day , that i might add was ok with my work schedule as well . Theres a very good reason hes booked so far ahead . Ive been to alot of massage therapist. This guy was absolutely phenomenal! He's heavy handed but it's the absolute perfect pressure! I recommend him 1000%!
Dareal gives the best deep tissue massage that I’ve ever had, and I’ve had lots! I truly feel the difference and highly recommend him!
