I'm not even being dramatic when I say I would literally take a bullet for this man 🤣 dude has 5 stars for a reason! He worked the knots in my back so hard and so good, I felt it all the way in my frontal lobe. I have more mobility in my arm/neck/shoulder than I've had in years. I can open and close my jaw without it cracking and my neck doesn't make a crunchy sound when I move my head anymore. I been seeing Dareal on and off for nearly 2 years. Every time I leave his office, my flexibility is significantly increased muscle aches are gone and the tension, especially in my lower back caused from spinal stenosis is greatly alleviated. I highly recommend him & his practice Mind & Muscle Wellness to anyone who is in need of massages He is truly exceptional.

When I say I felt like God guided me to this place, I truly mean it. I feel great!!!! I will be back again and again. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff and I felt very relaxed. Thanks so much
