I have been taking Pilates classes with Ann Marie for the last six months and Strength and Tone classes for the last three. Having begun both classes as a true novice, I cannot believe the difference I have noticed in my strength and balance since I started. The change I feel continues to motivate me, and I look forward to coming for classes each week. Best exercise class I’ve taken. It’s like having a personal trainer.
Found my place! Been years since I’ve taken a Pilates reformer class and absolutely love it. The instructors are great. Every class is a new experience and challenging!
