I've had only one session with Ron, I have 3 appointments set up to help me get rid of my smoking and nail biting and I'm looking forward to opening and changing mind and outlook on myself and my life. So far I have already notice the tension I feel when I don't vape ebbing and becoming disinterested in the habit. It isn't instantaneous for everyone but it is working for me. He is highly effective at guiding a person into self hypnosis, I look forward to our future sessions.
