Undoubtedly, everyone experiences widely different troubles. For myself personally, it had been just as troubling to even find the right help and guidance. Anna was recommended to me by a close friend, and even now - almost 11 months since I last spoke with her - I cannot express how grateful I am for the help she has given me. Mind Matters Mackay motivated me to own my mental health and wellbeing, and I can say with confidence that I am a consequently better person.
For myself, I had difficulties during covid 19 restriction and before it to find a right help when I first relocated myself to Mackay for a new job. Anna is very understanding and caring.
