I go to Anna after a car accident in 2023 .EMDR is a treatment they also offer and it can stop things that trigger you. But over all mental health these professionals do a great job. Also help with work cover . I would not be here if I didnt have them .they have been so helpful and understanding. The receptionist is also so helpful and very caring .they go above and beyond for anyone . Thankyou Anna and your amazing team .
Undoubtedly, everyone experiences widely different troubles. For myself personally, it had been just as troubling to even find the right help and guidance. Anna was recommended to me by a close friend, and even now - almost 11 months since I last spoke with her - I cannot express how grateful I am for the help she has given me. Mind Matters Mackay motivated me to own my mental health and wellbeing, and I can say with confidence that I am a consequently better person.
For myself, I had difficulties during covid 19 restriction and before it to find a right help when I first relocated myself to Mackay for a new job. Anna is very understanding and caring. She is easily approachable. She respected my family culture and how hard it is to balance life and work. She has given advices on how to balance life and work and how to manage teaching stress etc...
