I went in for a diagnosis, being told by many it’s a timely process with multiple visits. I had one appointment where I was given 4 work sheets and a computer test, that the DR marked with a mark sheet and proceeded to diagnose me off the mark sheets, and then before I even had time to process I felt I was being pushed out the door, told to get some work sheets from my counsellor. These work sheets I filled out, a lot of the questions I didn’t even know how to answer, as the question varied in different scenarios, when I ask... read more

Scheduled an assessment with Dr. Jay Greenfeld for June 2025 (it was a three month wait time from when I booked it) for Autism and ADHD. The appointment was 90 minutes. The first hour I spent discussing my experiences and challenges. I had brought along my multi page document outlining these so I didn’t forget anything and basically went through that. My child’s experience with Dr. Moser was traumatic. We waited over a year for a private Autism assessment with her. (Which wasn’t her decision to make, and she hadn’t consulted me about.) He got confused and sad, and she told him he could ch... read more

Can’t say I ever really had a good experience here or actually learned anything valuable and with the amount of money spent it just didn’t sit well with me. I dealt with Sharon when I did go and I felt her biggest concern in our appointments was getting paid and going on vacation. There are a lot of other places that will go above and beyond and actually genuinely care about helping you. I’d suggest saving your money and look for another place.

Dr. Cathy Moser pointed me in a direction I didn’t expect, and even though I ultimately proved her assessment wrong, her guidance still got me where I needed to go. I’m grateful for her honesty, and for helping me find my way without wasting my time and money.
