The reception team and psychologists are all fantastic
I was hung up on by a nasty receptionist, who had no idea what she was doing, apparently she didn't like my tone when questioning the exorbitant fees. That's ok, all you've done is given a clear indictor of the level of help one will not get from the personnel at this facility. a blessing really.
I have been seeing Kyle for a year. He has been fantastic and helped me so much! Everyone that I’ve interacted with at this practice has been so kind and supportive. I highly recommend Mind Life Clinic!!
Absolutely appalling and discriminatory practices. Clearly do not care about supporting neurodiverse families and can not even communicate effectively around acquiring mental health plans.
