I've been seeing Kyle at MindLife Clinic for about 5 years now for ASD, ADHD, and PTSD, and it's been a big help. Kyle’s easy to talk to, honest with me, and has helped me build tools to navigate challenging situations in life. The clinic has been supportive during times when I've needed to be on cancellation lists as well which I appreciate.
A very disappointing experience. The psychologist provided a 35 minute session and charged for the full hour (should have been at least 50 minutes for the session and 10 minutes for notes etc after). The appointment was for a child, the psychologist didn't attempt to make small talk/build connection with the child, then launched into lecture mode, and ended the session abruptly after 35 minutes. The reception team and psychologists are all fantastic
I was hung up on by a nasty receptionist, who had no idea what she was doing, apparently she didn't like my tone when questioning the exorbitant fees. That's ok, all you've done is given a clear indictor of the level of help one will not get from the personnel at this facility. a blessing really.
