Honestly not sure where the negative review have come from, but they were able to install my gutters/downspouts quickly and for a better price than most companies! And, two years later, were able to address any minor fixes I needed so promptly and effectively! 5 stars for sure - absolutely recommend them!
Really negative experience all around, poor communication throughout the entire process. We contacted the company had a walk around of our property, and received a quote, when the team was able to come out they identified a rod that needed to be removed prior to hanging the gutter, no problem we were able to remove that and reschedule. Have been having severe water blockage issues in gutters and downspouts for 9 months. HOA had previously sent out another company 3xs who could not get to the root cause of why the gutters are not functioning properly. Mind in the Gutter was sent out by HOA today and told to just blow out gutters (this is the problem with management company for the HOA, as they don’t relay proper information). We have had 2 separate projects completed and have been very pleased! Quickly returned phone calls and estimates were done soon after. Work began on the day scheduled and all scraps and old gutter material were cleaned up before they left. All employees were incredibly kind and considerate. Would definitely recommend!
Debris was left in all flowerbeds on deck and furniture. First time it rained after they were cleaned the gutter overflowed reached back out to the company. Never got a response back.
