I’d absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a therapist. The office is organized, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes getting started and scheduling appointments simple. My therapist has helped me recognize patterns I never noticed before and gives me practical tools I can actually use in my day-to-day life. I never feel judged, but I’m also challenged in a way that has helped me grow and make real changes. I’m genuinely grateful I found this practice.
Felt transactional, with few therapists available, high turnover, client care seemed secondary to business priorities. Id look elsewhere.
I have had a wonderful experience with Mind in Motion working with Eun Jee Pak. So far I've been seeing her for over 12 months since being referred to her and she has been a huge help. She is exceptionally supportive and welcoming, beyond the level I would expect from a professional therapy relationship, and is always able to find ways to tailor our sessions to where I am at and what I am struggling with the most. Very highly recommend her to anyone looking to work with a therapist long-term.
