Liked my psychologist but company was quick to close my case and withdraw support when I became unwell and needed to postpone appointments until I got better. I communicated this when rescheduling appointments and was still sent emails to say they are going to close my case. Felt very dismissed and not comfortable trying to book any future appointments after this experience.
I have seen mandi for the past 6/7 weeks she has now moved on to something different but I will ll miss mandi she has helped me so much learn so much about my self I only wished mandi could haved stayed on
Very frustrating that reception does not return calls. I have tried to get intouch and left 3 messages with no response. Considering my family and I are part of the victims of crime, I would think that common courtesy would be appropriate as we dont need any further stress. I have tried to call during business hours to arrange my sons assessment. I understand that everyone is busy but reception is supposed to be there to get in touch.
Would not recommend.
