I had a referral/ mental health care plan for Mind Health Care, I called up after filling out the paperwork and realised this was out of affordability range, and I wanted my daughter who suffers from severe depression and is suicidal, to see someone in person. As this all being very new to me, I called the company and advised them that I cannot afford this and to please cancel my mental health care plan straight away. Wouldn’t bother with this mob more interested in getting your money. Had Covid tried to ring as was not able to make the appointment rang 3 times on the Monday no answer or answering machine to take a message. Rang again Tuesday morning as my appointment was that day only to be told that I would have to pay 50 buck to make another appointment as it was my fault they didn’t answer and there message service wasn’t working bloody joke this place. Great start to get my mental health sorted. If I could give zero stars I would.
