Double standards for NDIS patients. I provided 46.5 hours notice to cancel an appointment and was still charged the full fee for not providing 48 hours notice. If you are a private patient you only need to provide 24 hours notice to not be charged a fee. The 48 hour requirement only applies to NDIS funded patients. Poor practice
Had IME with Don Tuduwage. Let's just say he didn't want to let the insurer down! He values the money from the insurer, more than a patients health. I'll keep posting this review wherever you go Don! Great job you're doing.
I had a referral/ mental health care plan for Mind Health Care, I called up after filling out the paperwork and realised this was out of affordability range, and I wanted my daughter who suffers from severe depression and is suicidal, to see someone in person. As this all being very new to me, I called the company and advised them that I cannot afford this and to please cancel my mental health care plan straight away.
