I just called looking for a neurologist. The front desk lady was rude and had total poor customer service.
The elevators don't work here so I had to hold my cane and take the stairs. None of the hand sanitizers were filled.
Been going here for near 10 years under Dr. Shareef. He is extremely open to ideas and extremely helpful and will try his hardest to get what is wrong, right. I've learned so much about my conditions from him! His staff are amazing as well. I feel like they are my friends! Can't recommend this guy enough!
I didn’t end up being a patient here because of a weird insurance issue. However, Lauren was on the ball and let me know before my appointment. When that was not possible to work out the insurance issue, she worked on my behalf to get me a new referral for a near by doctor the next morning. I had to travel a great distance so it was much appreciated. All I can say if they are this diligent in this situation I can only imagine they care they give everyone.
