Heather was our doula for both of my daughter’s births, and I truly cannot imagine going through either experience without her. I cannot recommend Heather highly enough as a doula. During the birth of our first daughter, my wife experienced a difficult labor and unfortunately suffered a broken tailbone. Heather is the best doula I have ever worked with. I just recently gave birth to my 5th child and I am so thankful that Heather is the doula we chose to support us. She was a calm and grounding presence throughout labor and delivery, and very hands on (which is something we had communicated to her we were needing). As a first time mom, I knew I wanted a Doula as part of my birth experience and Heather was the best. Her exercise program and education classes prepare you for birth more than you know! I truly believe her program allowed me to have a smooth birth. When it was game time, the coaching and support are what got me through my unmedicated birth.
