LISTEN TO THE NEGITIVE REVIEWS!!!!! Recpetion thinks they are funny forwarding calls to voice mail when you need to set up and emergency appointment or speak to a therapist. Never have i had to deal with such irritating and irresponsible people in my life when it comes to a persons well being. Would not even consider this place of my life was on the line and I was desperate for help. Look elsewhere! You will be happier that you did.

Don’t come here! All they care about is money! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and I recently got laid off from my job. I had an appointment reminder for tomorrow and I told them I’m unemployed now and that they couldn’t help me. Basically told me that I can pay out of pocket $200 for a refill of medication and a 60 second call asking how are my medications treating me OR PAY A one time $50 fee to have my medications refilled. One of the few spravato providers that accept medi-cal and provides high quality care. I’m very grateful for this resource as a disabled person navigating complex health challenges. Access to this treatment has been life changing. I’ve been with them for 3 months and I’ve had great treatment experiences. I cannot speak to the quality of the staff, as I have not been here recently, but Dr. Anker was incredible and caring when I was speaking to her during the pandemic lock-downs.
