Beautiful clinic, friendly staff, animals and environment!
Unfortunately, my experience was very unsatisfactory. Initially, they promised bulk billing with a referral from my GP, but after providing the service, they submitted a claim that got rejected. After 15 days of following up, they finally said the claim was successful. but after contacted medicare they informed me that claim required a plan from my GP.
