I found biofeedback extremely useful for improving focus and reducing stress. It's a comfortable, non-invasive treatment that you can do at home after your first couple of sessions. Dr. Ferroly is very friendly and professional, he explains every detail of the process very well. Over the past year and a half, I've greatly enjoyed working with Dr. Ferroly- He has been quite easy to speak with, and it's been fantastic to talk with someone who also finds music, both listening to and creating, to be beneficial and therapeutic for the mind!
