I have a moya moya type syndrome. Dr Karve helps me feel safe with her treatment. I am terrified of dentists. I have a son diagnosed with Wiederman Steiner Syndrome and I think he will like this special needs dentist. Her attitude is very calming. I think she is an amazing dentist. For anyone with any type of anxiety or an autistic disorder I recommend treatment here. MBT and Dr Karve have been amazing. I have strong oral sensitivities, and in the past I’ve experienced dental trauma from not having my needs understood or respected. It left me dreading dental care and expecting to be pushed past my limits. With Dr Karve, it was completely different. I didn’t have to fight to be heard or explain why certain things were difficult. MBT is a very caring dental practice that I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Dr Avanti Karve is very experienced in handling problem patients such as myself, who has a bad gag reflex, making me one of the most difficult dental patients!
