I saw Avanti late last year and had a pleasant experience overall. However, this was marred by the fact that I never received the referral I needed. The plan was to see an orthodontist before my follow up with Avanti six months from my last appointment. Between now and then, despite three emails and three phone calls on my behalf, I received zero correspondence. Dr Karve and the team at Mind, Body, Teeth have been caring for our son for some years now. We’re so grateful for the care our son receives at Mind Body Teeth. Dr Karve specialises in patients with a disability (our son is non-verbal with an intellectual disability) and the whole team is incredibly patient and understanding, which makes every visit feel calm and supportive. It’s such a relief to have finally found a dentist who truly gets it. Highly recommend.
