Heidi is the best RMT. She has a calming presence, intuitive touch, and a deep understanding of the body. She was the only person to get rid of my nerve pain and bring my shoulder pain down substantially. Heidi also shares her knowledge and educated me on better postures for everyday things. I recommend Heidi to anyone who needs pain relief or wants anything from a relaxing massage to a deep tissue massage. I'm grateful to have found such a skilled and caring therapist!
