This is the best place to come and workout! The instructors are always making sure that you can complete the workout to your level and will always be there to support you and cheer you on!
Mind body and soul gives me an amazing after school workout! I love getting a full body workout in 30 minutes. I can see results in my body for the better and I’ve only been going since January! More kids and adult should get their membership because they won’t be disappointed.
Loved the couples workout challenge!!! It’s so fun to get a workout in with your spouse/partner!!!!!
