I recently made my first visit to Mind Body and Skin, and it won't be my last. I tend to build up stress in my upper back and shoulders, and was badly in need of some sort of de-stress, so I booked a therapeutic and deep tissue massage with Sara. She provided a firm but gentle massage that helped to dissolve the knots I had built up. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience, and I can't wait to get back for another massage.
I had my first visit today and was very pleased! I've been hesitant to get my eyebrows done after they got botched by someone, but Nicole made me feel so comfortable and did an awesome job. I would go back in a heartbeat, thanks again Nicole!
