Hi Kate, the thing I've learnt from working with you is that I can be with my feelings, no matter how uncomfortable they are. I realise that in the past I've wished them or pushed them away. This only makes them cling all the harder. Recognising them is not easy, but it's worth it - to dispel the 'yuckiness' in a caring, effective manner.

Kate is kind, compassionate and highly skilled. I leave a session with Kate feeling rested and energised for the days ahead. I was unaware of Myotherapy or Somatic Therapy until I was recommended to have some sessions with Kate from my physio and I am so glad that I was directed to her. I highly recommend Kate.
