As a bloke it is hard to take the first step in seeking help when our mental health is impaired. Amir offers a solution to this, he bridges the societal gap for us all to start treating our mental health as if it were a muscle, at times we need to rehab our mind from injury, we also need to workout our mind to prevent future injury.
