I highly recommend adding massages to your self-care routine. Yvonne is super great and is a great listener. She asks if I have any particular spots to target before our session and always makes sure I am comfortable during the entire massage. Massage therapy is super nice after a long day at work, especially since I sit in a chair all day. The best in the Sacramento Area, and very convenient location with easy access from 80, 99, and 50 highways.
The best massage I have ever received. Yvonne uses just the right pressure and consistently gives a great massage. I always leave her office relaxed and relieved from any body pain I was having. She is wonderful!!!
