Steve Guttman , owner of Mind Body Dynamics has been my personal trainer, Yoga/ Meditation Teacher , nutrition, Coach, and massage therapist more than 20 years! He has made an incredible impact on my overall health mentally physically and emotionally through his knowledge, passion, experience, and professionalism. He has also worked on my son and my husband and I highly recommend Steve and my body dynamics if you’re committed to taking care of your health .

Steve is outstanding massage therapist. His Thai and table massages are the best. He helps me with weekly sessions in massage, Pilates and yoga. Mindful of never exacerbating a vulnerable spot. He is a good human. I highly recommend Steve Guttman!

I highly recommend Steve. He is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and very skilled. He adjusted to what I needed. And he was flexible in scheduling. He even has a mobile option! So far have used several of his professional services, including massage, Qi Gong, Yoga, and personal training. He also gave me some good advice on nutrition. Thank you Steve for getting me back on track for stress reduction, strengthening, And caring about my health, again.

A great friend got me a gift for a massage from Steve yesterday and to say I've been stressed lately is an understatement. It was unbelievable how I could actually move my neck when he was done. The knots he had to work on were seriously bad. He was on time, courteous and so professional. Thank you Steve!
