Natural Beauty This day spa offers a variety of pampering packages. I have stopped in to buy natural hair and skincare (Aveda) products and have found the staff to be both pleasant and informed. It is centrally located in Kentlands and a gift certificate would be perfect for a new bride, girls' day out or Mother's Day.
Horrible service I have dealt with this spa for many years and have been extremely pleased. They recently underwent a management change and all of this changed. There attitude was that of arrogance and greed. They would not even take a gift card from the prior management that was given a present. Try to explain this and they hang up the phone. Are you kidding? In this environment/ economy with a customer service based industry, this is the answer. Your better served spending your extra cash elsewhere. Its a shame I've gotta ... read more
