I had an ok experience coming here. It wasn’t the worst but not the best either and not enough for me to come back. I felt a little bit of judgment and didn’t really feel comfortable as she was pointing out scars and certain flaws I had on my body while giving me the treatment. It wasn’t in a helpful way either it was more so mean girl energy. It was an ok experience very mediocre, a little pricey and I didn’t even notice that much of a difference.
It is always a wonderful experience at Mind Body Balance. Julie truly shows care and regard every visit; she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Each session has been a great investment in my self-care and has positively contributed to my health goals.
I got the raindrop massage and it was very relaxing and something different that I’m glad I tried!
