I would strongly recommend any of the services that Valerie offers. She is reasonably priced and is very informative. I found Mind Body and Soul through Facebook. I always feel so relaxed when I leave. Set an appointment and pamper yourself!

VALARIE worked on the issues my aunt has with her Osteoporosis in her hip and she relieved her symptoms and she was delighted with the results and feels great. Valerie did a wonderful job, I feel amazing! She worked on some tension areas I've probably had for years. I can't believe I waited so long to go and can't wait to go back! The setting is very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Had my first massage from Valerie today and it was a mind blowing experience! Top massage I've ever experienced. Valerie found my problem areas and took the time to work them out. Lovely in home setting and a fantastic massage. Would recommend to anyone
Valerie is a very friendly, warm, professional, and highly competent at massage. Very nice, relaxing, inviting atmosphere with peaceful music. It is definitely a retreat. "Infrared heat sauna" has been added as an additional service and I really like it as a way to relax after massage. :)
