Mind Body & Flow has helped me in many ways from Colon Hydrotherapy to their AMAZING Infrared Body Wraps & Massage sessions. The entire staff takes the their time to explain & answer any questions on all of the services they provide. They are always very professional & make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have avoided Chiropractors for years..But recently my L5 disc became so inflamed (herniated) that I could no walk for about 2 weeks. The extreme pain I as feeling, the last person I thought should touch me was a Chiropractor. After I could walk and still in pain I went to see Dr. Jim Handzel D.C. It was AMAZING!! results. He even suggested natural drugs to reduced the inflammation. Kudos to Dr Handzel
