Significant Improvements Seen Friendly Staff, Easy Check in, Chiropractic Services are excellent. I have seen significant improvements in the health of my family since we started regular treatments with Dr. Handzel.
Relief after an Accident I was having horrible headaches and backaches after an accident. My chiropractor said infrared heat and accupressure therapy could really help me. The infrared body wrap at Mind Body and Flow soothed my entire body. The Zen Shiatsu therapy focused on releasing tension through stretching & pressure. I am well on my way to recovery thanks to the caring hands of Jacinda @ MBF!
Awesome Body Wrap The infrared bodywrap was awesome! You don't realize how busy and stressed you are until you make time to chill out. Just 45 minutes of soothing heat and quiet music had my mind so relaxed that I actually fell asleep. All that while my body was burning calories and sweating out toxins?!? Okay, sign me up for a membership!
Manageable Arthiritis My arthritis is more manageable since I found Mind Body and Flow. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Infrared Body Wrap! The heat from the wrap really helps me deal with the pain in my joints from arthritis without having to take medication as often and worry about the side effects. They even talked to me about inflammatory foods that might increase inflammation in my joints and how to avoid them. My physician never even discussed how my diet could influence arthritis flare ups!
Happy I went to Mind Body and Flow I received colon hydrotherapy at other facilities throughout the valley but this facility far exceeds any other colon therapy facility I have visited. They have a very nice spa feel with a warm inviting atmosphere. My appointment was with Gazell. She was very attentive and informative. I was very pleased with the outcome. Over & Beyond I did the body wrap to help loose weight. It definitely helped me loose more than I thought was possible!
Explains Things Well Take more time to explain the process from beginning to end. For example don't just leave the room without explaining what to expect when getting off table or using bathroom after procedure.
Higly Recommended I usually do not leave reviews solely because of how long I struggle for the words that will best express my thoughts or feelings, but if anyone is deserving of a good review that would be Dr. Handzel, and that makes any effort to write this worth it.
