They made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, and I always felt treated with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Mind and Memory Service to anyone looking for caring and professional support.
Overall I've had a great experience with all aspects of the service. The most difficulty I've had is contacting reception or waiting on a return call about an enquiry. Can be difficult to get through and I've had a call not returned once. The treatment from Dr Ravi has been nothing short of amazing and life-changing. Occasionally the sessions can run short and feel rushed but I've never felt like I didn't get the correct treatment.
