Their website states they were accepting new patients via telehealth and select providers were accepting in person patients. I sent an email on March 14, 2024 inquiring what type of appointment would be best for my 3 yo that witnessed a death. I never got a response back.

I can honestly say I’m not loving Spalding or Henry county right now. I feel as though there are a lack of resources in these areas when it comes to getting help for the general public. I’ve called this place multiple times since December of 2023 and have yet to receive a single phone call. The only thing that kept me from going in there to let them know was my son’s pediatrician. This place was recommended to me by multiple people. I reached out to see if they would be able to evaluate my child. I told them that my child had Medicaid and they responded back saying that my insurance type would not cover the initial testing. They would cover the consult and the test result visit. This place lies and tries to steal peoples money. They told me my insurance does not cover my child’s evaluation but that they do cover first and last visit. I asked them what cpt codes they bill the insurance company for the testing and called the insurance company myself. Of course my insurance company says they cover all of the code. Positives first - they were able to schedule my child for testing within a few weeks of receiving the referral from our pediatrician. We actually traveled to Dr. Griffin because the availability was so much sooner than anyone in our area. To get in touch with the office, email is definitely the way to go. The receptionist has been friendly and professional. And the actual testing went smoothly, my child felt at ease and was engaged in the process.
