I used Dr. Brittney Griffin, under Prosper Health for an ASD evaluation. During my evaluation, I did not feel fully heard or seen. After receiving my evaluation results, Dr. Griffin stated that I could clarify any information if I felt something had been misconstrued. Their website states they were accepting new patients via telehealth and select providers were accepting in person patients. I sent an email on March 14, 2024 inquiring what type of appointment would be best for my 3 yo that witnessed a death. I never got a response back.

I can honestly say I’m not loving Spalding or Henry county right now. I feel as though there are a lack of resources in these areas when it comes to getting help for the general public. I’ve called this place multiple times since December of 2023 and have yet to receive a single phone call. The only thing that kept me from going in there to let them know was my son’s pediatrician. This place was recommended to me by multiple people. I reached out to see if they would be able to evaluate my child. I told them that my child had Medicaid and they responded back saying that my insurance type would not cover the initial testing. They would cover the consult and the test result visit. This place lies and tries to steal peoples money. They told me my insurance does not cover my child’s evaluation but that they do cover first and last visit. I asked them what cpt codes they bill the insurance company for the testing and called the insurance company myself. Of course my insurance company says they cover all of the code.
