Dr. McDonald is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients. Her attentive and compassionate approach allowed me the space and time to make informed decisions. I appreciated how she took the time to explain all my options. I'm incredibly grateful to have her as my doctor and care provider. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

After reviewing our son's complicated history, she declined taking his case, humbly stating that he needs a Dr. beyond her expertise. However, she still arranged PGx testing, thoroughly explained the results and even followed up with a clinical study and possible supplement, all of which we can share with his psychiatrist. I found Dr. Tamara at a very chaotic time in my life. I had just experienced a lot of Trauma and wasn’t feeling like myself. I had lost interest in most things that used to bring me joy. I needed a solution & help. I came to Dr. Tamara and she spent a lot of time getting to know me and the details on my solution. She has a process that works and is very kind, attentive and loving. I would highly recommend consulting her. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
