Dee and Hardev have been a pleasure to work with and give compressive care!
I have only great things to say, anytime I need something, they have been the “easy button”. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and willing to help, even on short notice. Thank you from me to you, I would rate higher than 5 stars if it were available.

The front staff sets the tone. The front is inconsistently available and communication with her is rarely helpful. You cant get in touch with anyone when you want. Response time is abysmal. The providers (esp Erica and Dee) are amazing. They go out of their way to help and listen. But it’s not helpful when the front is so unprofessional.
Extremely poor and unprofessional therapeutic approach by Donna, who brings personal preferences and prejudices into her clinical model to the detriment of those who are extremely vulnerable. Also does not demonstrate an awareness, perception, or concern for the mental or physical health condition of clients, which is critical when high-risk clients lives are potentially in danger.
