I had a great experience there. I've had multiple areas done in 2019 n 2020 and hair still has not grown back. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. To get best results you have to do each area maybe 9 times. It worked great for me. Highly recommend their services. Staff was very friendly and make your feel comfortable.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I purchased the Groupon and went to the consultation. Immediately Jennifer began pressuring me to buy additional services because the special pricing is only good right then. I asked her how many laser treatments are typically needed so I bought the additional 6. I signed and paid and when I got home within 30 minutes of the appointment, I realized the timing for the appointments wouldn’t work and I would not be able to use all of the sessions. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not go here. They discriminate and the person they call "doctor" doesn't even know real medical information. They are a joke.
Best place to get hair removal . They make you feel so comfortable! As if your part of their family. Very clean and well organized. Always offering great deals as well! I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Ive told everyone I know to check them out!
