I wish it was possible to vote less than 1 star. Our Mincove Home was meant to be our first dream home which we would live in for a very long time but each time I look around I just want to cry. We have wasted so much money on a company that doesn’t care for their workmanship and think it’s okay to hire dodgy tradesmen and not acknowledge the problems. You would thinking building a home with your life savings you would get a house that will last you and your family a life time……. Think again. If this is what you are looking for look further than mincove. The company is a disgrace. They give you a defect period and here we are over a year later….waiting for rectifications, we aren’t the only ones. Our dream, turned nightmare, proceed with caution. 2 year old home, company did not conduct maintenance within time frames and has poor communication. Did not comply with fair trade, currently with tribunal. Heartbreaking.
The experience at Mincove homes in Goulburn was 1st class. Lesley is amazing with her knowledge and guidance throughout the consultation process. I challenge anyone to find a better Consultant than Lesley. If you're after a great and smooth consultation process Mincove Goulburn is the place to go.
