Day 1: We needed to fix the shower drain in our Open Range 3X377FLR. It would not drain well. So I decided to use the plunger. (That is an NO NO in an RV!) Now there was an odour in the bathroom and it still wouldn’t drain. We determined that the Hepvo waterless trap wasn’t working as it should. The plunger turn the silicon valve inside out and needed to be replaced. Shannon Martin was so helpful. I would like to thank the crew for the wonderful experience buying our new to us 2016 25ft Bullet trailer this past July. We were treated above and beyond more then what we expected for purchasing a 10 year old trailer with every thing that was needed to be repaired or checked over. The trailer was gone over thoroughly from the roof being checked, wheel bearings checked and greased, interior detailed, minor things repaired or replaced such as CO2 and smoke detectors plus a new fire extinguisher.
